The dust-free feeding station is an environmentally friendly device specially designed to solve the problem of dust pollution during the feeding process of powder, granular and other materials. Its main body is usually composed of a closed feeding chamber, a high-efficiency filtration system, a dust removal device and an intelligent control system. During operation, materials are fed into the station through sealed interfaces. The built-in negative pressure dust collection device can quickly adsorb the dust generated during the feeding process. After multi-stage filtration, clean air is discharged into the environment. Meanwhile, the intercepted dust can be recycled and reused. Working principle
The dust-free feeding station achieves sealed feeding of materials through a fully enclosed cavity design. It uses an internal fan to create a negative pressure environment inside the cavity, actively adsorbing the dust raised during the feeding process. After multi-stage filtration through pre-filtration and high-efficiency filter cores, the clean air is discharged up to standard. The intercepted dust is collected through a dust collection hopper and can be recycled to the production process for reuse. It is also equipped with filter element cleaning functions such as pulse reverse blowing to maintain the efficient operation of the equipment. This equipment controls dust pollution from the source, featuring environmental friendliness, economic efficiency in material recovery and operational safety. It is widely used in fields such as chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, food, and new energy, where strict dust control requirements are imposed.
